Sleep is important!

I need to schedule sleep for myself, and I need to stop scheduling things during my sleeping-time. As such, I am no longer allowed to schedule myself for doing things at the following times:

Monday: 9am-4pm
Tuesday: 3am-10am
Wednesday: 12am-8am
Thursday: 12am-8am
Friday: 9am-4pm
Saturday: 9am-4pm
Sunday: 12am-8am

This allows me 6 hours per day of sleeping with half an hour of going to sleep and half an hour of getting up. This is in addition to working.
