Not too shabby...
I really wasn't looking forward to the weekend, but now I'm here it's not as tough as I originally thought! You see, today is the 4th anniversary of myself and young Mr Sam getting together. Sam is on a training weekend for the special constabulary, so I'm on my lonesome. To top it off I has 101 chores to do. Now, I have been tempted by Claire (felflowne) to go out tonight, but against my original desperation to be with other people, I declined. And I'm not unhappy!
It's true that things are usually worse in your head than they actually are. Yes I miss Sam terribly, and cannot wait to see him tomorrow, but I'm quite content doing housework and having the chocolate trio and the buns for company. Plus, when Sam finally gets into the police full time I will have a lot of time by myself, and I need to get used to it. So here's to independence! Let us cherish the time we have with our loved ones, but not turn into emo fags when their gone.
