A/N: found another old notebook~~!!! First time writing bestfriends!CHIITARO. and fast posting~! XDD
Ryutaro took a deep breath collapsing on the couch. Soccer practice has just ended and he messed up a lot.
"Ryu-chan... what's wrong?" Chinen Yuri, his bestfriend, asked for the nth time for the past few weeks. He plopped beside him looking at the younger one's eyes worry painted on them.
Ryutaro did not say anything but placed his head on the older boy's shoulder, closing his eyes.
"It's alright Ryuu-chan. I'll always be here." he patted his head and now felt tears wet his shirt.
"You must love her that much ne? Just let go. Accept the truth and don't blame yourself." Chinen's voice soothed the other and that made him.. finally to break down. It's good. Ryutaro never cried after his girlfriend's death. It must have hurt too much that he talked less and less as each day passed. He would just go to one corner and stare into thin air.
"I.. I was there...I was there chii... and I was not able to save her..." he cried now voicing what he had on his chest for weeks.
"I know. I know. But you tried your best didn't you? It was her time. She went back home. With GOD... She'll be happy there. I'm sure of that. It was God's will for her to leave. It's also time for you to start again... Ryuu-chan. Get a hold of yourself. Move on!" He older boy encouraged gentleness still there.
"and besides... you have all of us who loves you very much." this time he hugged the still sobbing Ryutaro. The older boy felt all the heaviness in the younger one's heart as he dearly poured them out.
"Everything will be alright... I promise."
Those were the words Ryutaro held onto. Gradually he began to let go and found himself moving on and creating a new life with the persons who loves him and one of those is
CHINEN YURI.
