I doubt that people could be happy if they felt the passing of time so heavily, and I have seen people happy.

As for myself, I'm what is generally known it seems--throughout worlds--as a star. It is one of the few consistencies I've noticed between them.
Except that apparently in some worlds we aren't...alive.
