Easily amused...thankfully

Now, what kind of time for a meeting is 5pm-6.30pm? Wrong o'clock, that's what kind of time. 5pm is home time not start a bloody meeting time. Anyway, this meeting is not only the most unsociable lowlight of my month and totally on the other side of town (yes yes, I will leave the office at 5pm and trek to bloody Camden) but it is also the most boring meeting in the history of the world, every month without fail. The only thing that kept me entertained this evening?

The fact that the giant meeting room we were in had a huge window at one end and a door with a round window at the other...ah yes, I drifted off imagining the Doctor at the window and Donna at the door. The only problem with having the attention span of a two year-old is not knowing what you're agreeing to. I can only hope that the person taking the minutes paid more attention than me because I have no idea what came before the "...so Clare, you can look into that with Publications and get back to us?" that I said "yes, absolutely" to while jotting down 'Oh. Crap.'.

Ah well. Could have been worse- last month's meeting went on until 7.20pm which is so many kinds of wrong I wouldn't even know where to begin. Never mind, home now eating pizza and watching Wild West so all is good again :)
