Well,
Here we are at the end of my second month of my lifestyle change attempt. I think the results are pretty good. Maybe not as good as some others, but I am doing my best. Here is a graphic depiction of my weight over the last 61 days:
I started this at not being able to weigh myself on a conventional household scale. The reading was ERR. Then after a few days it read 333.5lbs. So I must have been above that level.
As of this morning I am 299 lbs. I had a stomach virus over the last couple of days so I lost a lot of water weight. So this will probably go up a pound or 2. But the point is the process appears to be working.
I wonder where I can get to by the end of October?
I am gonna keep this thing going!

PS- My chest is turning into a rock, I invite interested parties to push on it. I estimate 3 more months until man boobs become man pecks ^^
