I ended my chocolate giving up today, so am going tohave to put up with being fat again... oh well...
also have been doing alot of thinking, maybe i should be a bit mroe careful about how i am. i have to try and stop the painful thoughts and emotions i have been havng. i also have to think alot about what i have to tell the doctor on friday...
