First of all, I'd like to say, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHER AND SUPER-BUDDY katlovescookies !!!! WE LOVE YOUUUUU~!
Goodness, I think out of my little circle of Hetalia friends, I'm STILL the baby of the group. Anyway.
- Day 3: Favorite Book
At first, I was absolutely enamored by Alice in Wonderland and was obsessed with anything related to it. It's still a top favorite of mine, but something replaced it as my favorite book because of its storyline, delivery, characters and overall sheer epicness.
It's Alexandre Dumas' The Count of Monte Cristo. Hands down.
The anime version of the novel, Gankutsuou, is really different in story structure and setting, but all the same, it was as lovely as the novel. In fact, it's thanks to Gankutsuou that I wanted to read the original book. The visuals are amazing, though the ending was pretty sad for me.
Speaking of Gankutsuou, I might as well post some macros I have sitting around. Because I made a hell of a lot more since last time XDDD.
