Thank you god.

Sooooo after weeks of agonizing and super-moodyness, goddammit YES I GOT IN!!!!

My parents have just come home from out of town, and of course the first thing they bug me about is whether or not I've found out whether or not I got into Keio. My reaction is to shut my mouth so I don't snap and get in trouble, but at the same time I'm thinking....

WTFISYOURPROBLEMDON'TYOUTHINKIFTHEREWASANYONEWHODESPERATELYWANTSTOKNOWIT'SME?!

...It's really difficult to try and NOT type in the spaces in between words.

Anyway I finally decide to send the study abroad advisor an email to see if she knows when I'd find out, only to receive an automatic email saying she's out of town. XO Out of all the times to go out of town, it just HAD to be the week the stuff from Keio would most likely come!

I finally decided maybe someone else at study abroad might know something, and so I took a stroll down there during lunch. Aaaaand BAM! It was there, waiting for me! But the student assistants there decided that the advisor might just need to take a look at it, so they're holding it from me, but I did get to skim it over.

Not only did I get in, but I also get a 100,000 yet stipend each month I'm there.

That means, the money I'm working my ass off this summer to get doesn't have to be just survival money....It means it's now possible to get/do all the stuff I've long been lusting after.

At any rate, it seems I have to be there before September 15th. I'll probably leave for Japan between the 10th-13th, so hopefully I can hang out with you guys before I go!

FINALLY! A good turn of events. : 3 Just two months more before take off.

family, keio, thoughts, registration, plans
