[The audio feed starts just as a loud bzzzt is heard, and then a surprised exclamation and a whoosh as the communicator is thrown into the air. Static is heard as it clatters onto the floor, and then a muffled noise as Shinigami picks it up and turns it over in his hands.]

Well, that was unexpected, much like this weather.
