Japanese movie
So I am writing the script for our Japanese movie. Its about making a grilled cheese sandwich. It has Poseidon in it... I hope Kirsten appreciates it.
On Friday I almost had a seizure and upped my meds, and then I found out I need to find a new job b/c they can no longer afford student workers.
Seriously. You could take the amount of money students workers make out of Washburns paycheck and he wouldn't be able to get a new paint job on his yacht. (I don't know if he actually has a yacht)
I'm not trying to be, but I can't help but be a bit bitter about this. Whenever I say anything about it, I sound stupid but I mean. . . come on. Everyday I drive past that big elaborate (and no doubt expensive) field of some sort between the High school and the middle school. Someone told me it was grant money but... why don't they make grants for things other than sports. I'm sorry but now the school districts are going to privatize their custodians (well they want to) which means they are getting their help from an agency and will be firing all their custodians.... There are problems with that... especially with the rate of theft (so I'm told) from privatized companies.
Is that really fair? The high school students get a fancy new soccer field but the janitors lose their jobs to some kleptos? Right... I see the justice in this world. Not to sound dramatic but justice is a concept - never a reality. Justice will come when people cease to be greedy or poor or hungry or jealous. Justice will come when humans remember what their humanity is for. I can't say I'm perfect - in fact I am the polar opposite but its easy to judge people when they are doing you "wrong"
