almost time
In approx 24 hours, I will be on a plane to Vancouver (5 hour flight), then I will spend another 4 hours waiting for the flight to Taipei which is 11 hours long. ELEVEN HOURS. Slightly panicked as I'm finishing my packing and hoping that I don't forget anything important.
Oh and guess what else is happening over there -- it's typhoon season! I forgot about them. Last week, a typhoon hit the Taichung area which is where the ceremony is going to be held. Andy e-mailed my parents and reported they experienced flooding but nothing too bad. Let's hope the typhoons stay away.
OK, back to packing. Hopefully I will have internet access while I'm there. We're staying with my uncle in Taipei so he should be hooked up.
