V-Day or is really just a holiday ....

I hope people realized the main reason for this holiday is to honor a saint that was beheaded because he married couple that wasn't legally allow to be together in secret. But it is rather romantic if you think about it, two people risking their lives for love and a man who also risk his life to join them together. And plus this holiday is a just a marketing ploy to get you to buy gifts and other things. On a bad note it makes many single people feel even more single as their watch other couples happily moving about on V-day.
I can't offer any advise on how to combat those feelings of loneliness or how to attract the opposite sex. But really I don't need a guy to buy me gifts or flowers, hell I can do that myself! Or I can just wait until after V-day when anything V-day related goes on sale....just like any other holidays....
