Writer's Block: In the Shoes of an Extravagant Restaurant Owner
It would be a vegetarian restaurant....the one I'm going to open in Portland someday. It would be the most awesome place ever. It'd be decked out like a coffee shop with artwork. It would sell tasty food, coffee, and organic beers and hard ciders. I'd get sweet little indie bands to play there later in the evenings. The color scheme would be mostly red and heavily steampunk influenced. It'd sell Molly favorites such as buffalo tempeh sandwiches, lemony baked tofu, black bean burgers with guacamole, vegan chocolate chocolate chip cookies, and fresh squeezed lemonade. :D
