They just kept passed in the air and teased the anticipated and indignantly boy wriggled to release from them.
“Give me back my book! Someone help me!” He cried for help, only the ignored and peals of laughter were his answer. Wet trails streamed down on his cheeks -he snivelled in dismay. Those delinquent’s boys withering his sissy act. They were degradation his dignity. “Oh, look at the sissy boy is crying because his stupid fairytale book just lost.” They taunted him and persisted to hurt the little boy’s feelings.
“Let us borrow your book Jonghyunnie. Don’t worry we’ll take good care of it, ok?” Jonghyun was too weak and tired from the exertion. His knees wobbled -the puny boy was fed up with his life with the fleet of bullies. He wanted his book no more than that. Only his book was returned enough to end his anguish.
His head groggy -in mere a second he got himself syncope. The bullies wringed Jonghyun’s both wrist - jolted in astonishment. His body weighed heavier than before. When they released their gripped -the brunette’s body harshly fell onto the dirt of earth. Both of them were consumed in shock and loss of words.
“Hey dude, this boy just passed out!” One of his colonies warned his leader. The one who started this whole thing -the leader, witnessed the frail body got weakened and laid uncomfortable on the playground. He was petrified -all his day bullying innocent people. All the satisfaction heard their begging for mercy and living in fear every day and that was supposed to be.
His face pallid, his mind went blanked and his mouth ajar slightly. He eyes eminently widened as it would come out from its sockets. He stepped backward discreetly -then, he beckoned his mates retreated as what should the criminals did.
They weren’t rushed nor panic. They didn’t want caused a scene -didn’t want call for anyone’s attention. Unfortunately, when they turned around -abscond from their blunders. Auburn young man stood observed the mishap childhood tragedy. The once called, hooligans of communities -didn’t have the cowardice inside of them. Rooted their deftly legs on the ground. Their bundles of nerves had ceased to function.
Only awkward silences pervade the tensed atmosphere. The uninvited man meddled in their daily routine threw them glares of death. The bullies didn’t have the authorities to kick his arse -because, the man’s school uniform wasn’t the proof he was young, weak and easily to beat up.
His sharp eyes spotted a boy on the ground -it didn’t look like he was sleeping. The evidence with these obnoxious kids vividly he got passed out aftermath being bullied by them.
He cleared his throat and inquired the boys even though he knew the answer of it. “What do you think you’re doing, kids?” He reprimanding first, slowly followed the procedure how to deal with mischievous younger fellows.
“Guys run for your life!” The leader ejaculated -ordered them to get the fuck out. The kids scattered all around the playground to find an exit that was opposite the direction where the auburn man stood poised. He gotten exasperation with those kids, he didn’t want to let them passed from their sins easily. To made impartial for the brunette boy. Gave them a mental lesson -taught them how was the pain their victim must endure.
He strode his way and scruff the leader of this disgust fleet. “Ah, let me go!” the boy whined and scuffled from the justified man. “You’re not going anywhere, till you explain what the fuck you did to that boy?” He pointed his index finger directly at the fragile boy.
“I didn’t do anything to him I swear!” He airily lied to the shrewd lad.
“Say that again I’m going to send you to the police.” He blackmailed the frightened boy.
“Okay, okay! Don’t take me to the police. I’ll tell you what I just did to him but in one condition you must let me go and pretend this as if nothing happen, ok?” He made a deal with the fierce auburn guy.
“Let us pretend? Fuck you kid, that boy over there isn’t going to pretend as if never happen in his immortal life. Do you hear me prat?” He almost screamed into the poor boy’s ear.
“Okay, I’ll tell you but promise me to let me go!” He yelped, wanted the liberty to run away from this scary man desperately.
“Spill it out then.” His husky, deep voice shivered down the boy’s spine.
“I-I picked him and took his stupid fairytale book and taunting him he was a sissy boy and -and, then he moped and cried hysteric. Then he stumbled down the ground. I-I was freaked out! I didn’t hurt him, I swear!” He held up the book he snatched away from Jonghyun without his will.
The young man took the book from the boy’s grasp and shoved him intently on the dirt soil. “You might not hurt him but, you hurt his feelings also made him in pain.” He rebuked then, glanced him with his livid eyes. The boy could read the words within those predator eyes. Scram bloody hell moron. The boy struggled himself to stand up and get his pants off from there.
The teen in school uniform rolled his eyes and slight peeved with those pest boys. His eyes caught the glimpse the unconscious boy -he took a glanced on the red book he held in his hand then forth his eyes back at the boy. He veered for the slumbered boy. He stared down at his figure. He scanned from top to bottom -detect any injuries on his small body.
Suddenly, his pupils dilated kept focused on Jonghyuns sweet, innocent and angelic face. He must admit the boy’s face somehow was relented his smouldering anger. He crouched down and grazed the boy’s face structure. Those chubby cheeks, smoothed skin and those alluring red plump, fat lips. This kid had his own charms that the man also fell for him.
He silently smiled to himself. Adored the boy’s features and lingered his times with the unknown boy. He was contented with the God’s gift. It was a masterpiece -the boy was a priceless masterpiece that need to precautious in care. He chuckled and cradled him in his embrace and brought him to the bench at the adjacent of the tree nearby them.

He laid down Jonghyun’s head on his lap and adjusted the brunette’s body snugly on the hard wood bench -at least it wasn’t squalid covered with muck and dust. He lowered his gaze on Jonghyun -he heaved a sigh. He threw his head back -why did he even bother play a prince role? That didn’t matter, he was completely relief he could save this hopeless boy before any mishap occurred.
As an ex-bully victim, he knew the agony and the sustained this innocent boy must bear the rest of his life. Even they let you go and wouldn’t come back to attack you -somehow the paranoid feeling was haunted you until it withered itself. He gazed on the placid face. How a cute and adorable boy like him could involve such malice situation? This world was too cruel -If it wasn’t the existence of Pandora’s Box would this world wasn’t as cruel as now?
He looked at the book belonged to the sleeping state boy. He opened the covered and on the first page a name scribbled on it. Kim Jonghyun ‘must be his name.’ He muttered. He flipped through the pages -full of implausible and preposterous story for a kid’s trust. Fairytales, induce people to belief everyone could have a happily ever after life. Nonsense, they lied to many blunt people. They would chuck it away when they realised there wasn’t a happy ending after all.
“Umm...mommy is that you?” Instinctively he shut the book and stared down on his lap. He awoke. He put the book aside. He smiled -for Jonghyun. The brunette fluttered his eyes and yawned. He retaliate the smile he received. He wasn’t aware that he was slept on a stranger’s lap and not his mother.
“Hey, are you feeling okay?” Jonghyun flabbergasted. He just heard an undefined voice. He was sure that wasn’t his mother’s. He shot up and crawled at the edge of the bench. He looked his surrounding and noticed he was at the playground. Rewind his memory previously -yes, he got bullied by those pig boys and his book...His book! Where was his book? He cherished and loved that book like it was his soul.
He stared with disdain at the auburn stranger. He pouted and rage boiled his blood. The vendetta aura from Jonghyun agitated him. “Where is my book?” He emphasised his sentence and sullen. Then again, this boy was tried to protect his stupid fairytale book rather than him. He picked up the book on his side and rendered at him.
First, Jonghyun was hesitated to take it back. But then, the stranger merely smiled. He grabbed the book abrasively and murmured a soft gratitude. He probed his book -searching for flawless on it. He hugged it and nuzzled on it. He sniffed the natural dirt’s scent. He was happy and glad that his book was in his possession.
The guy who’d save Jonghyun’s ass -softened his gazed. He would admonish Jonghyun to act such an impudent boy. But, the devastated written on the boy’s face restrained himself for doing it. He wanted to enlighten the ravelled confusion within the boy.
“Look, umm...Jonghyun. It isn’t what you think. I quell those boys and you were passed out when it happened. I’m very sure that book is yours and I’m sorry if I scared you. Well then, umm...my name is Lee Taemin for your information and I don’t have a lot to say. Then, goodbye I’m heading back to my home and don’t worry about the bullies. I’d take care of them. Take care then.” He stood up and left the bewildered boy.
As he walked out from there, Jonghyun called him. “Taemin-hyung, umm...How do you know my name? Are you my stalker or my fairy god-brother?” Taemin turned around and raised an eyebrow. He scoffed.
“Obviously, I know it through your book.” He said mildly.
“Do you like fairytales, hyung?” Jonghyun gazed him with his best trademark -his cute puppy eyes. Taemin was dumbstruck and immersed inside Jonghyun’s brown orbs.
Jonghyun didn’t get any respond from him. He tried to get his attention once more. “Taemin-hyung, are you listening?” Taemin blinked his eyes and broke his trance. He swore those delude puppy eyes made him fixation that moment.
“What I like fairytales? Those Incredulous stories are implausible and there’s no such thing of happy ending. We live and die. We said hello and goodbye. Does that sound happy ending to you, Jonghyun?” He retorted nonchalantly.
Jonghyun ponder a brief -he actually didn’t understand a single word the auburn teen told him. But, he assumed that Taemin surely hated fairytales. And he didn’t want that reality. He was going to proof him that somehow in this little world there was a hope beyond here. It just we need to find for it. Even the Pandora’s Box released the evil and closed the hope. Magically, the hope had been here since before it.
The hope was a miracle. And we need to keep on believing that the miracle we waiting for -was the hope to found the happy ending.
“Taemin-hyung that’s stupid of you. I mean I already found my happy ending. He’s just in front of me.” He smiled widely barely showed his white pearls and his eyes formed into a crescent-shaped. For a while he thought this kid was too absorbed by these fairytales.
“Jonghyun, I know you’re a kid. But, seriously can you be a materialistic? What kind of happy ending you’d found. I’m eagerly to know it.” He crossed his arm on his chest and tapped his gleaming shoe. Jonghyun fidgeted in his place -his cheeks burned in rosy pink. He tightly gripped his book on his chest and avoided eyes contact with him.
Scrupled rippled inside Taemin. He didn’t mean to hurt his feelings -it seemed he also one of the bullies. He scratched his not itched head and sat down on the bench beside Jonghyun closed the gap between of them. The boy turned away from Taemin.
Taemin looked down on the beige mixture brown soil and clasped his hands together. Arranged his phrase -coaxed Jonghyun not to offend by his words. He slid his arm around Jonghyun’s shoulder and peeked Jonghyun’s angelic face opposite his side.
Jonghyun got stiffed with the sudden contact. He tried to break it, but this was his happy ending. Day by day he survived and lived in terror -no one there to protect him. He keen with fairytales, because he belief one day his dreadful life like Cinderella. Somehow there was miracle within it. The hope he waited. And he just needed to strong his trust on it. He wished there would be a prince to protect him. Cherished and devoted him like a prince should be to his beloved princess.
And here he’d met his.
“Jonghyun, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to say it. I just...people are different. They can’t eye to eye particular things. Fairytales for example, you like it but I don’t like it. Our opinions are clashed and it’s a reality that we couldn’t indisputable. I’ll pray for you to find your happy ending in your life okay. Stop sulking, I’ll walk you home.” Taemin rubbed the boy’s arm.
Jonghyun meekly obliged Taemin’s request. He stiffly turned his head directly met Taemin’s hazel eyes. His face reddened as juicy tomato. His temperature body rose abruptly. Their distance was 2 inch far away from him. He could feel his lips ghosted overly Taemin’s. He pushed away that stupid notion. His lips parted and spoke.
“Hyung, I already have my happy ending. You don’t need to pray...because you’re my happy ending. You just need to love me and protect me. All this day, I’ve been keep believing that there is a person to protect me, to love me and always stand by me when I need him. A prince. And you know what? I found him today. He protected me from the villains and be with me when I’m injured. I just can’t belief that you’re my prince.” He nestled in Taemin’s embrace.
Taemin was dumbfounded. Kim Jonghyun just fell in love with his first sight love! The cuteness Jonghyun beamed on him made his heart went crazy. He also liked these feelings. To be loved and protected him. For him fairytales were nonsense like as wish a well. But the way Jonghyun described and showed the truth behind it -made his heart fluttered and couldn’t help to belief it together with him.
He loved the warm in his arms. Jonghyun was suffocated and smothered by Taemin’s school uniform. The auburn teen hastily let him go. The brunette boy inhaled the air and slowly exhaled it. Taemin patted that Jonghyun’s head and stroked his chubby cheeks. The boy stared him confusedly. Still, he loved the radiation heat from Taemin’s large palm. Jonghyun leaned in Taemin’s hand.
Taemin’s stomach knotted in such pleasure. The bundles of wave washed his anxiety by looking Jonghyun’s soothed face. There was a desire underlying Taemin’s feelings. But helpless couldn’t describe it.
“Jonghyun, are you sure you loved me or it’s just déjà vu or paranoia?”
“I want my happy ending. And if this is mine then I’m in bliss.” Jonghyun crawled on him and pecked on Taemin’s cheek. His face blushed furiously. Taemin smirked and pinched Jonghyun’s soft cheek.
“Ouch hyung, what was that for?” Jonghyun rubbed his sore cheek and pouted cutely. Taemin collide his nose on Jonghyun’s nose. Too close. Too close for anything.
“Being such a cheeky princess you’re.” Taemin got lost in those wide puppy eyes. The urges and desire couldn’t lock away. Then he bumped his lips on those chapped, red, plump and fatty lips he desired since he laid his eyes on it.
First it was sweet, and then Taemin’s hand pushed Jonghyun’s head firmly deepened their kiss. Taemin’s tongue coaxed Jonghyun for entrance and he was welcomed by it. He ravished every taste the virgin boy’s mouth. Jonghyun clenched his small fist on Taemin’s school’s uniform. Aftermath it was going to be wrinkled. Neither of them seemed to care about it.
Jonghyun moaned in between their sloppy kiss. His abdomen was invaded millions of butterflies fluttered inside it. Taemin bit his jaw line and leave a wet trail on the boy’s shoulder. Jonghyun whimpered -Taemin passionate kiss drove him wild. He loved those Goosebumps on his body.
Taemin’s weighed was out of Jonghyun’s strength he knocked himself down on the bench and Taemin squished him from the top. Jonghyun giggled, and sighed in happiness. Taemin broke their kiss and tilted his head up -watched his bubbly and bright personality, already made him high till he could reach the sky.
Jonghyun grinned sheepishly. He wrapped his hands around Taemin’s neck and pulled him to get a better view of him. “Hyung, is this how it feels to get a kiss from a prince?” He panted and breathed deeply.
“How it feels, Jonghyunnie?” Taemin purred and buried his face on Jonghyuns crook.
“I feel in love.” He curtly said and giggled again from Taemin’s ticklish kisses.
“I think I might belief fairytales just because you belief it. In you there’s a miracle. But, I only know you by your name and you slyly attracted me with your charms to make me fall over heels for you.” He muffled on Jonghyun’s crook and it made the little boy giggled again and again. His mirth eased his heart.
“Isn’t supposed to be like that? You’re my prince. Don’t you ever read their stories? The prince only knows his princess by her name, appearances and personality. Only those had made the prince place his kiss on her and they live happily ever after.” He told him blatantly.
Taemin raised his head and pressed their head. “Do you think I’m your prince?”
“If I keep belief it, I think yeah. I’d met my prince and this is my happy ending.” He pursed his lips into a big smiled.
Taemin smirked and lowered his head and captive the boy’s lips. Lavished it sensually and pulled himself from him with a ‘pop’ sound vibrated in their head.
“With that, the prince and princess live happily ever after.” Taemin announced their new boundary. Both of them were strangers in love -somehow there was a miracle hidden between of them. And they were finally opened their own story. Not a fairytale -a love story that could be tell without a doubt .
