I was wondering about posting direct links to my journal, if posting multiple links was okay and if there is a certain format I have to follow when posting the links? can I put them all under one lj cut if they are clearly titled seperately?

mod - Posting multiple links is fine. The only format you need to follow is to remember that you are not permitted to change font or color when posting. It is also strongly recommended that you give information about your story (as shown above). It isn't necessarily to put any of the links under an lj cut as long as they are to your own journal. However if you are posting several links, please be mindful of the length your post will span on the community and then place it under a cut at your discretion. (several links could be placed under one cut just to save space.)

I am uncertain as to what it is you are planning on posting but please be mindful that a post simply saying "these are all my stories" and listing several links will not be helpful to anyone and possibly not be approved.

I hope that clarifies a bit for you. Feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Hello. I got a question about copy/pasting my fic from Word to Shinee_replay.

I don't want to link my fic to my journal, so what font size/type do I use to paste my fic in the cut? I was copying other members' font sizes and types and it seems to be Arial, size 11 font inside the lj cut?

If you are certain to paste your fic into the html editor then it won't matter what font sizes you have as long as you don't add any extra tags. The html editor will not carry over your settings from word like the rich text editor will so pasting it into that would work just fine.

I submitted my fic after pasting it in "plain text" and it was posted. Thank you! <3

How do you know if your fic has been approved or denied for posting. I feel like I may have done something wrong but I'm unsure because I haven't gotten any notice back. I haven't seen my fic appear in Shinee Replay and I posted it two days ago. Would it be correct to assume it was rejected and I need to fix the possible formatting problems and retry?

I don't know if I'm supposed to be the one answering this, but whatever. This always, always happens to me. The mods probably hate me by now. >.> If your fic gets rejected, you get an email. If it's been 2 days, then yeah, it probably did so just retry.

Mod You will receive an e-mail that will state the reason that your post was rejected. You are free to fix it and retry immediately. The maximum time that a post will sit is usually around 10 hours, but we usually approve it in one to two depending on how often we are on. If you haven't seen it within that time frame then check your e-mail. Be certain to check your spam box as well because it is a do-not-reply from livejournal that you will receive and it might go to your spam folder.

Mod We would be more than willing to work with you to get things the way they need to be to be posted.

The best advice I can give you is to be certain that you are using the html editor not the rich text, that way you can make sure there is no strange html sneaking in. If you would like I will work with you on it so you can post.

When you go to post an entry, use the 'html' tab at the top and not the 'rich text' tab. Just paste your info into the html tab. If you would like to do any sort of coding to make things bold or add a link both of which we do allow, this is a great guide to show you how to do that.
