• Talcum powder
• Spare boxers
• Spare socks
• Nose plug

He takes a deep breath, its time to face his fear and learn to swim.

So he's stood on the edge of the swimming pool, covering his bare chest with his hands and wearing his Buzz Lightyear swimming trunks.
Trembling ever so slightly as he dips his toes into the water.
