Ok, so i don't know how much of this i can remember. But it's a pretty -from start to finish- dream. but it's very anticlimatic
So i'm setting up at this house i rented and i'm waiting for my guests to arrive. My guests include: people i've never met before, colin fron stanford taiko, dyani, caitlin, wendy, kimi, angela, matt, ciso, kathy, morty, and a few more taiko people that i've misplaced.
Most of the taiko people weren't coming to the house just yet, but the people i don't know and colin come for a couple days to my house and stay the night. We end up playing games but the house like.. flies to different places. i dunno. So while in the house we have a bbq and play games and all this cool shit right? Well, once we land in florida we end up picking up dyani. Some how caitlin was with her so she came a long. So they're there and we get done with whatever we were playing and decide to go outside for some ping pong and billiards. Well dyani saw that i had a ps3 and just pulled out a ddr pad and the latest ddr game out of her bag. I ended up staying to play with them while the rest of them went to go play the other games. It started out as ddr but quickly turned into this skateboarding game that was incredibly hard to maneuver. so i got frustrated with it and caitlin started to play. so i was watching her for a while, then we all of a sudden ended up in a... disneyland type of place.
Yeah... but it was for something similar to taiko camp. it was pretty cool. disneyland+taikocamp=amazing stuff. So all of us taiko folk are there waiting in line for our tram to get to the place. And we all sit togther, blablabla--- We get there and it was nothing like we expected. Just everything was so nice and we got to play everything, all the drums, all the rides. like omg! So we're sitting out side and some how the festival turns into this international food festival. There's hawaiian, filipino, greek, italian, japanese, you name it there was food for it. So we're all running around eating as much as we can (cuz it's free!) and stuff and all of a sudden, i see my friend Bin (whom we called bintut in the dream) and so he went up to angela, knowing angela was my friend and told her that he wants me to get him some turon (banan lumpia). And because i know the bisayan society guys they'd give me loads of em, right? Well i kept on forgetting so by the time the day was winding down, he kept bugging me for it, so we go, i get his damn turon and some other stuff and we leave.
So after this my dream skipped everything after that (how mean of it). So we come back to the tram we were in before, and we all got seperated some how... which sucks becqause this was a long ride home. Well we were walking to where the lines were and were trying to figure out how we could be seated together, all of a sudden my old orchestra teacher Mr. Gayzo comes up to us and is like "we are having difficulty with the line system right now, please make your way to the tram and find your seat" in his low low voice. We're like. uhhh ok. All of a sudden i see our other group trying to bat away at these imp bat things.. so we run into the tram.
Now, the tram didn't make any sense. You know how trains are usually long and narrow? Well this was long but in a diagonal way, and wide. Kind of square-ish. as if you put squares together at it's corners overlapping them. (if you can imagine it) Well each car, or square, as you went further down got less and less modern. it was weird. But in anycase we were trying to find a place that would fit all of us because we had a big group. Well it was a failed attemped. I really wanted to get the car/square with the pew lookin' seats so that we could lay down in them... which is what i think happened... But i don't remember because my dream cut off when we were talking to an attendant to see how we can get everyone in the tram together and seated together.....
yeah very anticlimatic.
