sleepy and wanting of food

i'm starving, but i cant eat for like the next two days, damn period. lately when i get my fucking period i feel like shit, for the last six months the first two day of my period have been unbearable, for the most part i spent two days with mega cramps and want to throw up at the site of food. and what really pisses me off im not even supposed to be on the damn thing for like 10 more days...
