"Do not be fooled by my lapse in ferocity! You will die if I see you!"

In regards to the entry title: I announced this to my empty room after my dad helped me get rid of a brown recluse spider. When I can't easily kill a spider I tend to freak out. Especially if it's a brown recluse... *shudder* I hate those things.

First up. Grades.

Chorus: A
- Easy class to pass.

General Psychology: C
- I screwed up a couple tests, but I made up for that with the other tests and assignments. I really enjoyed this class and my professor was awesome. I fell in love with Psychology all over again.

Basic Statistics: B
- Booyah! I did well in that class. Probably would've gotten an A if I hadn't messed up the third test, but whatever. Still a better grade than last year.

Ethics: F
- I expected to fail this class. I hated it with an intense passion. It was like my East Asian Civ class. I love the subject, but then the professor and the class structure killed my interest. Bleh.

Perspectives in Music: World Music: C
- This is the class that caused me to be angry at myself. I did so well on everything in the class, but I forgot about the two papers. Two 50 point papers that she emailed us about. we had to go see a concert and write about it. Completely forgot about it and then when it was brought up again she mentioned the concert papers as extra credit, so I forgot we had to do said papers for real credit. --;;; I am truly the master of dumbassery.

So I'm back on academic probation... Missed the 2.0 mark by .08! grrr...

Second. Weekend adventures.

So my parents and I went to Columbia because my grandfather was getting an honorary doctrate in science from Mizzou. When he graduated they didn't have such a thing, so now they've awarded him with one. It was fun. Got up at the crack of dawn, but oh well. I was under the impression that we'd leave after the brunch, but then I find out that we're going to Rolla with my brother to help him move out. Ended up staying there till about 10pm getting all the stuff out of his room. Insane. Didn't get home till midnight. Then sunday was Mother's Day and we floored my mom with the gifts. I gave her a Nintendo DS along with the three brain games and my dad got her a video iPod. It was a great weekend.

Third & Last. My new toy.

When I went to the Galleria with Lacey we stopped by the Apple Store. I found a fun little piece of software. Writer's DreamKit. I've already started to play with it and it's fun. I started with an idea from a dream I had and so far I've already gotten more and more ideas. If anything it'll at least help me organize my stories and stuff. There's so many different things I can do with it. Create and build characters, outline the story, etc. I love it.

Nothin' else to report. Still waitin' to hear back about my job opportunity, but everything else is pretty normal.

Catch ya' on the flipside, mates!
