I had a very interesting encounter on Tuesday. Two in fact. The first was when I was eating lunch with Arthur. We were approached by two guys from the CCC and asked us if we'd take their short survey. They were quite pleasant and not aggressive. We had a really fascinating conversation. I wish we could've talked longer. The second was when some Latter-Day Saints missionaries stopped me. We had quite an interesting conversation. They were a little creepy, but relatively friendly and calm. They gave me The Book of Mormon. I'll probably read it just to see what their perspective is. I did some research on them though because I've always been dubious about Mormons. >> However, I know exactly why they picked me out. I was alone... and possibly because I was female. *shrug* I dunno if the gender mattered, but it's possible.
It was an interesting experience.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are going to be hell, but man will it be worth it for the early leaving on Fridays when I decide to go home. ^^ <3
Yeah. the JINS course didn't work out. It was full, so I went and signed up for the rest of my stuff and when I got back the only JINS course that was left was Aesthetics of Food... Uuuuuhhh... No. Just the thought of a class like that makes my brain hurt. Overanalyzing something as simple as food! @_@ I read the description and shook my head. When I last checked on Wed... No one had signed up for it. XD So I decided to go for a practical course and First Aid & CPR works. ^^ I'm really excited about that class.
Okay. So I finally have seen all the X-men movies. I have always loved the first one and the second one is pretty good, but the third! OH MY GOD! Okay... It's good for closing the story and stuff and cinematically it's awesome, but the plot itself... WTF! What were they thinking?! Maybe I should go back and read the comics, but... I didn't think all those people died! The ending was just wrong. It left me feeling depressed and staring at the credits with a horrified expression. *shakes head* I doubt I'll ever watch it again... Maybe if I'm doing another marathon or sommat, but I highly doubt I'll watch it for pleasure. It's just too sad. Sure there's awesome hope at the end, but there's just too much sadness. I was disappointed. I'm gonna order the comics so I can see what the full and true story is. Plus... Where'd Nightcrawler go?! He was in the second one and fine, but for some reason he wasn't in the third?! wtf! He was awesome! Anyway. I had to watch Red Dwarf to wash the horror of the third movie from my mind. They twisted the story so badly that it hurt.
My world music research materials thing is done! w00t. I started and finished it today. Took me... um... Six or seven hours to complete, but it's finished and I no longer have to worry about it. ^^ <3 yay!
Okay... I'm really freakin' hungry, so I'm gonna end my entry here before I try to eat my foot or sommat.
Catch ya' on the flipside, mates!
