Apartment shopping
Since I'm taking yet another year before grad school I've decided I may as well consider getting my own place. I'll finally have a place for all the furniture I've been compiling. I'm just running out of space these days for all my belongings. I came accross this one on craigslist.
My main criteria is price, of course, and hardwood floors (I despise vacuuming plus Chloe poops on the floor if the litterbox isn't to her liking).
$575 a month for 1100 square feet?

Only catch is it's on 38th street which has a lot of old historic buildings and large homes but can be kind of hit or miss as far as safety. Fortunatley, I think this building has a fenced in parking lot. I'll most likely end up somewhere on 38th street since it's close to my parents and I like the historic charm.
