New Domino out (had a decorgasm when I walked into Barnes)
Saw these in April's edition of Lucky magazine. I want them!! I think they are $70 each though. They are by Portia Wells, protiawells.com, great designer. I think I'll try to make some myself, shall be my weekend project. I will either put them in my bedroom or fill my hallway with a ton of them.
Especially love the ibook.
Maria Lark from "Medium," the middle child (not the baby) is on The Tonight Show. She is cute in an odd looking kid kind of way. Haven't you ever seen a kid who's not pinch-your-cheeks-cute, but more what-an-interesting-looking-child-cute lol. Did that make sense? She has a very mature sense of humor, it's hilarious.
I'm starting to feel bad about possibly leaving my job. I know my manager needs me. Plus she's been feeling the same way that I have about work, but I doubt that she will leave. She's been with the company since she was a teenager.
Experimenting with new ways of wearing my hair. I tried to do this using two hair combs to hold my hair back but my hairs just to thick for its so It's actually two tiny ponytails in the front which I mixed in with my afro.
Today I had to be at work at 7 for a big annual store-wide meeting this time with the company CFO. I dressed up kind of. I like my outfit today. Changed into my jeans later. I've been giving deep though into my shopping trips. Trying to only buy things that I could make work for a professional setting.

Grocery shopping tomorrow. Excited. I feel like I'm revamping my life, including my fridge. A while ago i got some salads from 7-11, kept the tops so I could throw them together myself next time. Apple, cheese, & Pecan and Chicken, cranberry , walnut. mmmm. can't wait. Their website also has some tasty salad recipes, can't help it. Sometimes I crave lettuce, as odd that sounds.
Chloe is officially in heat as of yesterday. Bain of my existence. Thank God I just got paid. Sent of for a spay certificate from the SPCA, hopefully it will be here soon. I made her a vet appointment but they can't see her until next week. Luckily it's not an all day long thing, unfortunately she goes in at about midnight, she's closed in the bathroom right now. I closed her in there while I was at work but I came home and she comes running to the front door as always. "What the! How did you get out?" The little devils formed some kind of escape plan which probably entailed pulling at the door until it popped open. Tobi sadly sat beside the bathroom door as I left for work. I now know that Chloe and Tobi are inseperable. If they are in separate rooms behind a closed door they have a fit. I asked my manager if she'd like a temporary cat for a week since she's thinking of getting one. Of course I'd have to send Tobi. I'd be sad to be away from my baby for a week. He's such a joy. Always demanding cuddle time and giving me hugs (standing in my lap with his paws and head on my shoulder as he nustles into my neck).
Apparently there is a method to alleviate her heat that involves a q-tip but I dare not try it...
Hmmmm, i don't think so. Besides I have a hard enough time clipping her claws let alone sticking a q-tip in her vagina.... we shall just have to wait til next week.
