Why this is ironic:
It showed up just today in my buddy profile (I have a random fact generator) and we’re reading Macbeth in English class. More irony: I was on Sparknotes for Macbeth when it appeared. Weird.
Today I realized that I'm lonely feeling. It'll pass. I just though someone might wanna know that. It was kind of enhanced when I started trying to catch up on my friends' LJs... I gave up because I started feeling very sad. I'm hardly in touch with any of you anymore.
I'm getting sick of the self-loathing attitudes of people nowdays. Why is everything so damned depressing for so many people? If someone compliments you, don't make them feel like shit about it. People don't just make compliments up. They tend to mean them. I for one don't open my mouth to blatantly say something nice unless I'm sincere. I don't have the energy to spare for making up random nice things that I don't mean. Also, if someone says they're interested in you, don't bloody tell them that the feeling is mutual, not mean it, and end up skating around the truth and making up excuses as to why you're acting in such a manner. Just say that you are flattered but it's not mutual, and move on. It's not that difficult, and really if I hear the, "But I didn't want to hurt her," bullshit again I'm going to lose it. It's more painful to discover that someone you really care about has been lying to you than to just hear the truth. Betrayal hurts more than truth. Get it? ...some of you may see a bit of irony in me saying this, and to you I say... I'm full of irony today, among other things.
I got Anna Nalick's album yesterday. Her only one thus far I believe, it's called Wreck of the Day and I love it. I also got earrings and newish makeup.
I'm getting my senior pictures done again... this Thursday I believe. Yay. Maybe this photographer will be nicer than Mr. Klein at Skylight. A word of caution to seniors... DO NOT GO TO SKYLIGHT! ^_^ kay.
