Wierd protestors : 'Yiffing in Hell'

I'm at AnthroCon again! It's been pretty fun, yesterday the Pittsburgh fireworks were great and easily seen from about a block from the hotel.

So anyways I woke up this morning and AnthroCon had protesters. I don't think my reaction is quite what they had in mind, however it seems to be pretty consistent to the rest of the Con goers. It might not be the healthiest of of reactions... But I so went 'We have protesters? Cool, does makes us a real movement!' and 'they're so cute... Can we keep them?'. As I said probably not the healthest of reactions. They were the source of much gossip.

And harassment? Well the Fursuiters went over to play with them, pretending to join them and being upset and all that. Uncle Kage gave them an umbrella when it started to rain, so really they got of a lot of Con attention. I wonder if that's what they wanted. Like trolls. But I've heard that the real life rules are different.

Anyways one of them had this sign "Yiff in Hell Furfags", I think they where trying to be offensive. I'm pretty sure. Mostly.

I think they might have thought that was the hight of offensive things to say. But really the fail with using that as an offensive term is of the great. For 1) they wished for everyone in con/furry fandom (however you wish to look at it) to have ample opportunities to have sex, 2) told us we we're all going to Hell (which is so overused) and if all my friends are in Hell why would I want to be somewhere else(course not all my friends are Furry, but the rest are also supposedly going to Hell for various reasons).

I don't think that I should start telling my friends that they should 'yiff in Hell' it would probably go over poorly with some of them but I find it strangely really funny.

I'm temped to draw a couple furs yiffing in 'Hell' for the fun of it now. Maybe not, my backgrounds are really blagh and so 'Hell' would fail. Besides which I totally have no idea what species would be right for such a picture.

Hum... I'm really entirely too taken with the idea.
