Rockin' It Stateside
The east coast tea partay video is infinitely better than the west coast green tea partay. It's not even comparable.
I'm having a bummer morning so far. Nothing is going right. And I dislike when people are close to me and smelly. Hopefully the day will get better. I just have a lot going on.
Derek got an internship at Goldman Sachs in New York this summer. It sounds AMAZING. Plus a ton of Kelley grads who work at Goldman in Chicago and NY keep emailing him and congratulating him/ giving him tips/ telling him that he should accept the offer. OF COURSE he will accept the offer! It's only the top investment banking firm in the country...on Wall Street...pays a shit-ton...AND it's in what he wants to do with the rest of his life. PLUS HE'S ONLY A SOPHOMORE! He's so lucky...i'm really jealous. I could only dream a cosmetic company would want me that badly. I'd never want to go into finance obviously...but I still wish that happens to me someday. I guess I just need to boost my intelligence and be as naturally smart as he is. But hey- looks like I'll be vacationing to New York this summer!
I have a lot of vacations in mind for this summer, which is really exciting. First, I'm going to Tucson for spring break. Then in the summer, I'm going to London with Julia for a week, New York to visit Derek (and maybe my cousins if they're home...which Nick probably wont be), Chas' lakehouse, and possibly Katelyn's lakehouse. Could be a lot of fun.
I really miss New England in the summer (especially Maine). Maybe I'll try to visit Nick in Boston, too...we'll see. But after watching the tea partay video, I feel like it might be necessary to re-visit New England.
