Weight loss!

I hit 160 this morning! Go me!

I'm down 12 lbs since I started REALLY counting, and down closer to 15-20 from my recent high (my all-time high was back in high school, but I don't like to talk about that... :x ) I've been using Calorie Count Plus to keep track of my calories, and I HEART IT SO MUCH. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to lose weight, or even to just check what they are eating to make sure that they are getting the proper balance of nutrition. Sometimes the calories on a food will REALLY surprise you!

Also been exercising. Started out just doing DDR, trying for twice a week, but I started getting bored with it (as happens to me) and then one of the mats broke, so I haven't been keeping up with that so well. Plus, I needed a weight program in addition to the cardio. So I started a strength-training routine recommended by stumptuous.com, which is awesome.

So I've done the routine twice, and I am SORE AS HELL. But I feel like I'm making a positive difference in my health and appearance, so go me!
