the most wonderful thing about tiggers
hmmmmmm.... so. I could write about all of the stuff that I've been doing lately, but that'd be a list about ten miles long and forty miles deep and so I won't even try. However, I would like to write a little something in here about homelessness awareness, because I'm happy about it and I dunno. as of 2:10 this afternoon, we've raised over $3,500 for our project, and the night hasn't even started yet. From 8:00 to 8:00 we'll be camping and collecting food, money, clothing, cans, and bottles. mmmyeah. I'm not sure why I'm writing about it in here, but it may have something to do with the fact that I feel somewhat vindicated because for the past two weeks I've had to fill up my gas tank about 4 times due to all of the running around that I've been doing for this thing, what with posters and fliers and such, and I'm really glad that we were able to make something of this. I'm thinking about last year and about how our NHS never did anything and how it seemed like such an accomplishment to even get people to show up for meetings, and now.. i dunno. It just feels right, and I suppose that that's a good thing. Right now my kitty is sitting on my lap and I'm watching the sun pass through the trees and it's autumn and it's October and Sunday is Halloween and my horse is in his winter coat, which is the prettiest colour that he gets, and it's a Friday night. And I'm happy. Thank you....
