archeage cbt3
So i totally sacrificed my weekend to Archeage (sleep, food, etc)... and don't regret it at all.
I could type up some of my observations about this game (in many ways it is a dream come true for sandbox lovers like me), but instead I'm just going to present without comment some screenshots, because you can find plenty of videos/commentary out there already of gameplay and all the ridiculous crap you can pull off in this game.
(Note: not all these characters were me -- I was partying with my sister -- and the screens were taken at varying graphics qualities because I was testing exactly what my computer could handle. I wish I'd nabbed more of the Asian continent and its glorious, glorious architecture, but I was playing on LQ when I was in the first big city, so it wouldn't have done the place justice anyway [plus some of my armor textures were glitched]. I mean, even my caps on HQ [basically the last four or so, which are still on low distance detail tho] don't do it justice. Wow.)
