Awkward. That is the first word that popped in my head when our mom and Kyuhyun came into my room and found us both in here. With hyung wearing my underwear. We are so busted. They didn't know we went out that late."Isn't this a very early wake-up visit, mom?" Hyung asked as he tried to roll his body out of the sheets he cocooned himself. He's one funny fellow. Mom looked grim and Kyuhyun looks dead worried. Not good signs. "What's up? I asked as I get from my bed and pulled the sheets off hyung at the same time. Hyung flopped to the floor and glared at me. I shrugged at him innocently. Mom tsked at us. Kyuhyun just started looking more worried.
"Have you heard from Siwon?" Mom asked, "Kyuhyun here dropped by because he's not answering his calls.
I checked our phones, no texts or missed calls. "He didn't rang or texted, mom."
"He was with one hot chica earlier. He probably doesn't want any distractions you know." Hyung tried to dive back to bed. When needing sleep, even world war III will not be able to make him functional.
"Aish... I'll go down and make breakfast for you three. Try to contact him. If you disturb something between him and his hot chica" mom side-eyed hyung as she quoted him, hyung gave her a monkey smile "pass the phone to me and I'll give him a lecture about safe sex."
We all gaped at mom. I looked at Kyu and asked "Why are you so worried about Siwon hyung? It's not like this would be the first time he stayed with a hot chica." Following mom's example, I side-eyed hyung as I quoted him.
"Keira, that other girl who was with us followed me home. She was so scared. She told me she doesn't really know Hyemi. She just approached her and asked to pretend to be friends. She thought it was weird, but she just agreed since she thought Hyemi just wants it to be easier to approach us if there were two of them. But, she said when Hyemi and Siwon hyung left, she saw a big man following them. She also saw Hyemi talking to that man earlier, she said when she found out Siwon hyung is loaded she got scared that they will be kidnapping him because they looked suspicious and kept on glancing at our table. She was just scared to speak up because Hyemi doesn't go far from our table to give her a chance."
"That is so fucked up. Are you sure she's not just bluffing you?" I asked Kyuhyun, standing up to get dressed and be ready to leave if we will be doing a search and rescue.
"Hyung said they will be going to his condo, I called there and reception said they haven't arrived. The taxi company confirmed, after I used all threats I can gather, that they went to another place instead of hyung's condo."
Yunho hyung suddenly sat up and grabbed some of my clothes to get dressed. "We have to call the police."
"I tried that, they said it hasn't been 24 hours and we haven't received a ransom note yet." Kyuhyun's panic is rising.
"Did the taxi company told you where they went?"
"At a park nearby, 30 minutes from here."
"Let's look for them there first." Hyung took my car keys from my dresser. We went down and told mom the situation. She quickly packed our breakfast while hyung talked to dad to get some help from dad's connections.

30 minutes later we were at the park. Shindong hyung also came. We partnered up. Me and Kyu, hyung and Shindong hyung. After I was sure hyung and Shindong hung are out of sight, I tranced Kyuhyun so I will have time to contact Ri and Gin. Gin immediately arrived and covered the ground from above, Ri went to Keira to have a mental image of the man she saw with Hyemi.
We continued the search for 30 minutes and came up empty. We met hyung and Shindong hyung in the middle of the park. Same results with them. "I see someone in the bushes to your left." Gin told me through our connected minds. There was enough sunlight to propersly see around. I saw Hyemi's lower half. "There!" I pointed at her.
We found her alone. Woke her up and asked her where Siwon hyung is. She doesn't know who he is. She doesn't know why she was at the park, who we are and why we are drilling her with questions. The panic in here eyes are real. There is no lie to her words. The clouded parts of her irises confirmed she was recently possesed. Damn it! I didn't notice that at the bar. Being dark and I was sitting far away from her I didn't bother having eye contact with her last night. Last she remembers was being approached by a man whose description is very similar to Oh jiho.
They aclled the cops. They took her to a hospital first. Shindong hyung doesn't believe she doesn't kniow where Siwon hyung is. Kyuhyun and Yunho have doubts but cannot logically have any reason to believe her. Ri and Gi cannot find a trace of him. We all went home, leaving the leg work to the police. We were advised to wait for a ransom note/call. I knew we won't get one. I locked my room and left my body to help Ri and Gin to search. We also came up empty. Jiho is very good at concealing himself. I was very frustrated when I came back.
I got even more frustrated when I was proven wrong because we received a ransom note. When they told me about it through the phone I was on the verge of calling it a hoax but when hyung and I saw it physically at their mansion I saw a trace of magic in it. When I caught a gimpse, it has another message.

Meet meet me at the River of Ends. I missed you.

He wanted everyone disctracted whle I disappear? Fine. I'm coming to meet him.

The River of Ends is a place where most elementals are born and raised. It is neutral ground for everyone. At this time of the year, no one is here because of their migration pattern. Such a perfect place to hide a hostage.
Gin and Ri both threatened to kick my ass if I went alone, but I still went alone and instructed them not to follow. My ass being kicked, I can handle. Endangering Siwon's life because, my concience cannot handle that.
"I'm here. Show yourself." I announced when he didn't show up within the frst 5 minutes of my arrival.
"Rio, Rio, still impatient as always." He teased as he came out of the shadows.
"I don't have time to waste. Where is Siwon hyung?"
"Safe at the Bank of Nemia. As long as he doesn't move for a couple of feet, he won't fall." He showed me the image of Siwon hyung at the bank.
I gritted my teeth. The Bank of Nemia is one of the Ends of this River with magic flowing in it. It's power is in lust. Take a dip and you'll be hornier that a hundred combined felines for a few days. Some go mad after experiencing a dip in there. Too much lust can be unsatied and maddening.
"You freakin demon! If he falls in there he can go mad with too much lust!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. No elemental will complain about my rudeness to the place. They are not here.
"I am aware of that." He smiled at me. A knowing one. "I seemed proper. I'm on the brink of insanity because of you. I need you, Rio. Come with me."
"You're already insane. And we both know I can't go with you. I'm a gurdian. One with an active duty. You're out of your mind."
"I thought you value your friends. I guess, I should have taken your charge. I was too cautious about having the Lifesource pissed at me. But think of it now, if I take you, he'll still be pissed." He said with his head bowed down, deep in thought. I paled. Is he thinking of hurting Yunho?
"Now then. We have to get rid of your charge first. One probem at a time, I'll deal with other consequences later."
It all happened in a heartbeat. Siwon hyung's bracelet glowed. A charmed item. He disappeared and Yunho hyung appeared. He got off balanced and fell at the water.
I shouted his name and flew towards him to save him. JiHo tried to stop me, Ri appeared and engaged him in a sword fight. I caught hyung before he drowned. I teleported us in my room where no one will disturb. A few seconds later Gin appeared with Siwon hyung in her arms. She told me he was ok. Just unconcious. She had called an Angel of Memory to alter everyone's mind about this matter. She popped Siwon hyung out of my room to set him up at some hotel that he supposedly checked in when he was drunk.
With that mattered settled, I focused on hyung. It isn't good. He accidentally drank some water from the enchanted river. This is a time when a succubus might be really handy. That thought was flashing in my mind when hyung opened his eyes and wrapped his hands around my arms. Before I can say anything, he kissed me.
