spring break is over :(
I had an awesome spring break. The Vegas trip was so freakin dope. We had a very nice group of people going this time around. It was me, and Ryan, and then Cinty, Marlena and Griselda, and Holly, Tiff, Dave and Marco, and my bro and Casey. I was sick right before the trip but had gotten much better by the time we left on tuesday.
The flight over was great, short and sweet, too bad we waited over an hour at the airport for my lagging bro to pick us up. We made it though and checked in to the room real quick. Everyone made it there at about the same time and we all chilled for a bit before heading out for the night. Once we were ready we hung out in Hollys room for a little bit, some shots of Petron were done by just about everyone and we were off. We took a trip to the other side of the strip and hung out there. I was about ready to fall over and die so I headed back to the room early. Night one wasn't so great for me. Damn tequilla shots man, never again. My stomach was huuurting so badly, I spent some quality time with the toilet though :( and eventually felt much better. On to day two.
I don't remember exactly, but more losing at gambling, lots of walking around, really fun car rides. Ryan had money coming out of his ears, he was so lucky. I was down about 100 at this point. Again, back to the room to rest before heading out. Holly turned 21 at midnight so we knew we needed the rest. We headed to their rooms again and we were off. We didn't get into the Sushi resturant like we wanted so instead we headed to a strip club lookin, Dennys type place. The food was wack, but none the less, everyone was there and it was a goood time. Finally midnight came around and we sang Holly a little song. She was escorted to the bar shortly after were she had her first legit drink. After this we headed to a not so hip Palms casino. Ryan won some more money, then we headed to NYNY and such.
Hollys bday we finally got to the sushi restaurant, everyone dug the soki bombs, and we were off to the most amazing bar ever. I mean the music sucked but the bartender was nothing short of amazing. i honestly can't even describe this man. Anyway my face was hurting afterwards bc I was laughing so much. It was so awesome. How I wish we discovered this place the night before.
All in all it was such a great trip. I'm sure Ryan will go more into detail about how damn funny Dave is, him and his dangerous hips, Marco and his cold beer and dirty girls, and everyones drunk moments.
The flight back was painless, winning 100 bucks at roulette and and another hundred at craps was also great. I paid for my half of the hotel and my flight but beyond that the trip only cost me 5 bucks more. I'm all about gambling, eating and drinking for free :)
Since then, back in school. Took another midterm, start shooting this friday, still no actors but it'll work out, right? It haaaaas to.
