another entry where i talk about how much i love kingston and summer
last weekend i went to kingston. and on sunday i didn't want to leave. is it a sign that i'm getting old that i can't wait for school to start again?
i'm going to move to point form now to minimize the number of times that i have to use the word "awesome".
things that are awesome:
- 231 albert. alex, jenna, gab, lisa dawn, and berns are there right now. and paddington (awesome little doggie) and cocos (female hamster... with balls!)
- everyone and their mother seems to drop by 231 albert whenever they want to do something fun
- 231 albert is a two minute walk from my house
- beer and trivial pursuit, reunited at last. especially when you're really lame and you play brass band vs. pipe band
- lychee liqueur and grapefruit soda, reunited at last
- memory foam and vibrating beds
- many, many episodes of scrubs
- did i mention vibrating beds?
- seeing people that graduated so you weren't quite sure if you'd see them again but then they magically show up in kingston
- random shopping trips to malls and mattress stores and the farmers' market (and CanTire!)
- vibrating beds
so as you can see, it was an excellent weekend. i was tempted to stay, but... hopefully i'll have all school year to live like that! mmm... school....
