eBay sellers- trustworthy or not?

Came across a seller from japan selling the feraligatr fit plush for $15 free shipping. Seems too low no? I mean it’s $10 if I buy from the us store (when it releases). Though it’s not from China where majority of fakes come from right and fits don’t have fakes out do they?
