(no subject)
I am now sufficiently eqquiped with Avatar icons.
(There is a distressing lack of Facepalming!Sokka. I guess ASDFGHJ!Sokka will have to do.)
Anyway, during my brief venture into the Avatar fandom, I've come to realise that the fandom is divided by the two ULTIMATE PAIRINGS OF DOOM: Zuko/Katara and Aang/Katara. It's all people talk about. Actually, it's all people argue about.
And I... like neither.
*facepalm*
And all the pairings I do like (Sokka/Sukki, Sokka/Yue, Mai/Zuko, Azula/Ty Lee) are sadly ignored.
*sigh* Well, that's what I get for not following the trend. At least Sokka/Toph is popular enough.
(If you guys have any fic recs, please tell me. Any pairing. While I'll never be as fanatical as the rest Zutara/Kataang fans are, if the fic is good, I'll read it. Of course, if you have any good Sokka recs, I'll love you even more. :D)
On a totally unrelated topic, I rented a new PSP game yesterday. It' called Patapon. You get to be the god of those little eyeball creature-thingies and you get to lead them with THE POWER OF MUSIC AND RHYTHM!! :D You set the rhythm with your trusty drum (aka OXΔΠ buttons) the little creture thingies sing in return and together you destroy the enemies! It's addictive as hell! I love all those quirky funny games PSP always gets.
The only downside is that after hours of bobbing my head and tapping my feet in time with the rhythm (I can't help it) I got kinda dizzy. But that will never stop me! One day I'll rule the world with my cute dancing little eyeball thingies! >:D
