Regret my hasty words, "I profess to be against capitalism, but..." They were wrong. This cityscape was built on capitalism, but can remain without it.
Capitalism - I only have a basic understanding of the word and what it means. My dislike for it is intuitive more than anything. I have no facts beyond personal experience, though to some that isn't factual enough. I only have a persistent feeling that this is somehow wrong, and I cannot be dissuaded from it.
Woody Guthrie: "This land is your land, this land is my land... this land was made for you and me."
Conflict: "Reclaim the streets, reclaim the towns, reclaim the nation!"
I'm now watching workers lay tar at the court house on 5th avenue. Slow, methodical, hot... I can compare anything to sex.
