OMG. WHY IS JAPAN SO COOL AND FREE THINKING IN THIS SENSE?

I-I have heard of this festival, but now.... wow. It actually exists. The other links that you put up were hilarious as well. But like over here, yeah, censorship laws would totally be thrown up and like with some other things, walls would be made. Literal walls. But not the wall that is about 400 miles south of where I live that is apparently not impervious to the flu.
