Lj layout maker?

Looking for a LJ layout maker who can help me... xDxD;;
Something like this would be extremely nice.

Do you guys know of anyone that can help me? For free, OR Willing to pay with rl monehs / gaia gold if need be.
Spending limit for gaia gold: 100k
rl monehs: I don't know... 7 dollars? -is extremely poor atm-

I use to make my own lj layouts. The funny thing is I didn't save screenshots of any of the good ones. XD .... I don't know how to code just steal different codes and put them together. XDDD , most of the time they're really unstable and look like crap in different browsers of screen sizes. xD

female-goyjo and sara-mitchel have layouts by me. >> Not my best. XDDDD ...

I love Pokemon, Digimon and Yugiho! XDDD

I tired to copy the layout you showed to some end. The formatting isn't the same. I don't have to skills to figure it out. XDDD ...

Andandand.. the only thing is that it messes up in firefox.. Works GREAT with IE though!

I use to make my layouts so they'd work in firefox, but foxfire crashed my computer everytime I opened it so. XD ... needless to say I don't use it anymore. I could try getting it again if firefox is your main browser? o_O

I don't charge to make them. XD All, I need to know is what image you want used, colors, width of entry area and what not.

OH! and if you're good at making graphics which I'm sure you are! You can design it yourself to be more incontrol. ( It's really easy, if you want to do that let me know. :] )

My computers really limited when it comes to fonts. XD ... I wanted to use the same kind you used in the sample but I didn't have it. T>T
