There are unfortunately lots of things Harry will never know now about Lily; which is a pity, because it's the flaws that really make someone complete.

(I always wanted to explore the idea of a good Slytherin who still possessed the qualities of a 'proper' Slytherin. Of course, JKR ended up giving us Regulus. I'm not going to count Snape because his morals are still inherently flawed somewhere. But surely there were more of them. And I just like the Crouches. I bet Barty Sr. was a Slytherin too.)

I really enjoyed all the politics here, and particularly the revelation about Amara's little sister. There's a lot going on under the surface, and you do a good job of showing that without shoving it in the reader's face.

Slytherins are an interesting bunch, I think. It's such a political game in that house, and that was fun to explore. :)
