The premise of the story drew me in first, as the idea of revisiting Gwendolen was an intriguing one. This story handles it cleverly, with excellent characterisation and narrative that fits well with that of the books. The elements of magic in DWJ's world are nicely woven in as well, adding flavour to the story.
