This excellently-written story is full of originality: to begin with, it takes two unlikely characters in a believable plot and their interaction is developed in a believable way. Then it deals with some very thought-provoking issues in canon--the widespread use of memory charms, the treatment of Muggles, views about Muggles by many pure-bloods. These topics are treated with sensitivity and both Arthur and Pansy's characterisations in relation to the issues are done well. It's a satisfying new scenario to read about!
