Why you should read this ...
If you can manage to overlook the little bit at the end where the author ignores/tries to get around Snape's death in DH, this is a beautifully written story about Lily and Petunia's relationship. I particularly like the sense of duty that Petunia harbours and how the author shows that family ties hide below the surface. There's quite a bit of insight on Snape, too, so though I generally dislike unexplained character undeaths, I'm going to forgive this one enough to rec it! :P
