There aren't that many stories that take Madam Pince and make her sympathetic while maintaining her crusty, slightly crabby personality. Add in Restricted Section books that encompass the quirky humour of the magical world, a small slice of twins, and Umbridge getting her come-uppance, you get quite the masterpiece. And, as the author says in a note, Umbridge completely would have done it!
