Spiral recovery
I had this little pic I wanted to share with wingsunclipped but it wouldn't load onto the comment, so here it is:
Basically, it's a reminder that even though the recovery process (and I guess this goes for any kind of recovery--physical, mental) is slow and winding and seems to be stagnant a lot, we're still taking baby steps forward out of the hole!

I'm back from a short trip to the Midlands, and I'll post more about that later this week.
