I think the electric bass is dubbed in? I don't remember that.
The tune is "Star of the County Down", although Doris is using decidedly more religious lyrics by Rory Cooney. This tune's everywhere, owing to it rocking so hard; Ralph Vaughan Williams used it in his (totally badass) Five Variants of Dives and Lazarus, and Luar Na Lubre's also done a version. And now here's another.
