Some bits and bobs.
A couple of things:
- Aicoholics layout is now slightly adjusted, to hopefully accommodate both paid account and non lj-moneyfeeding visitors. *Tests* (OH GAWD LJ why are there apparently fullpage ads now?) It's a bit off-centre and bland looking. I'll be looking to create a new layout at some point in the future I think. (sn1987A if you have any custom css layouts you'd recommend?)
- Belatedly: MOVIE 15 "Quarter of Silence" is to be released in Japan on the 16th of April this year. It seems to be a pretty all-cast, general sort of film with lots of explosions and snow they obviously started making it before all that snow got dumped on us in the northern hemisphere this winter, in order to celebrate the 15 years of the anime.
What's this to Ai-fans? Not much... If it weren't for the image on the story page of the official website ( http://www.conan-movie.jp/index.html ) and the related sequence in the teaser. Was I the only one who squeed upon seeing it? What are your thoughts?

Obviously it made me squee enough to somehow magically find some time to do some proper Conan-Ai fanart. ♥ Never mind that two people riding on the same snowboard is practically impossible.- And last but not least, it has recently been announced in the shounen sunday that, to celebrate once again the 15th year of the series, a third live action is being made. No details on the plot have as yet transpired, but we do know that the main cast has changed...
-Ran is no longer going to be played by Kurokawa Tomoka but by Kutsuna Shiori.
-Shinichi will no longer be Oguri Shun but Mizobata Junpei.

No idea if this means we'll be getting a new actress for Shiho Miyano or if, like the first live action, Haibara won't be featuring at all. I must admit, I really did love Kashii Yu's interpretation of Shiho, so I'll be really intrigued if Shiho is involved in this third drama.
