The thing about spending several hours painstakingly washing sixty five pounds of rocks is that it gives you a lot of time to think. Whether this is good or bad pretty much depends on the day and on what your brain seizes upon, so in the scheme of things I'm pretty okay with where mine went today, which was to suddenly get obsessed with the idea of Taylor Swift/Z Berg. How great would that be?? Admittedly, there is also a rather large risk of hitting some kind of spectacular "in this for the inevitable break up song" event horizon, but that's a risk I'd be willing to take.

And because it kind of seems like a lot of people could do with Cheering, Delightful Things to focus on or at least be distracted by at this present moment, I would love it if people could post a comment with something awesome from your fandom of choice (or just something generally awesome if you'd rather).
ie, if you've read, seen, heard or otherwise come across some piece of information or picture or fact that just made you go "omg :DDDD", then you should totally share with the class. I don't care what it's from, I just want it to be something that makes you happy or enthusiastic. (Enthusiastic people are interesting! ...this is how I know so much about Rammstein still. LOVE YOU, BOA! :D)
Even though the final score was distressing, this goal was damn pretty and the hug at the end is still bringing me great joy hours later.
Also bringing me great joy recently: PCHH talking about the X Files. Ugh, could they be any more relevant to my interests? (Ans: not really, tbh. I think they're pretty much only missing Outrageous Fortune to get a full bingo card on "Stuff I Like.")
