My cat is so lucky that a) I love him and b) I was getting into the shower so I was kind of too naked to go get the camera. Because otherwise there would be an exceedingly undignified picture of him on the internet right now. :D (Let's face it: mostly column b.)
I am back from Hastings, my flight was... a little too exciting for my taste towards the end (nothing out of the ordinary, just Auckland being Auckland and having the kind of wind that makes an aeroplane swing like a yo-yo), but otherwise good, and... it's almost 9pm and I should go make myself some dinner.
A very, very happy birthday to Sunny, although I'm about two hours late now (damn you time zones!) - I hope it was wonderful and I can't wait to see you again, may it be sooner than we expect. *love*
Aaaaand because I am tetchy, I am going to go finish watching HIMYM after dinner because that, coupled with my Reinvent ♥ bracelet turning up should be sufficient to make me a nicer person again. I am so siiiiiiiick of being prickly and horrible all the time. :/

(I haven't posted about the new album yet because a) I haven't had time spare to do it and b) I am struggling to articulate, but it is very very good and I like it a lot (although I am super mystified as to how the thing that jumped out at me so strongly every time I've listened so far hasn't even been mentioned in any of the reviews I've seen (okay, I saw ONE today which did, but it was biased in a way that it kind of had to.) /veil of mystery (aka: omg I want dinner nowwwww, talk later)
