I am a posting MACHINE! Or, uh, just really blabby. You decide!

AirNZ finally ponied up some date-appropriate specials, and in spite of the fact that just this morning I was crafting more and more elaborate plans for pre-birthday shenanigans, I... may have decided I would regret NOT doing it more, so I'm coming down to Wellington for Armageddon again this year. \o? Who wants to hang out? And, with a great deal more cheek - is there anyone for whom it would not be too much of an inconvenience for me to steal a patch of floor/couch to sleep on from? I can absolutely get a hostel room no problem - especially with a couple weeks notice still - but I figured if I could save myself a few dollars that would probably be wise. I don't want to intrude on anyone who's busy/got stuff going on/etc, at all, this is mostly just me being lazy (and liking company). I will totally buy dinner if I get a willing victim, of course. :D It'd be Friday and Saturday nights, cos I'm flying down late afternoon Friday, and back mid-afternoon (/o\ but it was, like, the only flight I could get for less than $200 on the way back. And I really can't take Monday off this time in good conscience.) on Sunday.

My hair is so many different colours right now. Secretly I find this pretty awesome. :D

And, okay. Look. I saw the hat. I thought, 'hey, I should try that on for the lolz!' And then I looked in the mirror and kind of went "...hey. That's actually kind of cute on me." Which is something I never think, so. New hat! For like $2! I WIN.

HA! I finally remembered my third point. Which is that, thanks to shoemaster, I can no longer hear the lyric at the end of Behind the Sea as anything OTHER than "waves of pudding legs", which then just put me in mind of the Magic Pudding (who else read that as a kid?), and now I can't stop imagining the Magic Pudding AU. Not, I hasten to add, as a written work. Just the mental images of cartoon!band boys chasing a magic pudding around the Outback. Imagination: blessing or curse? :D
