...HOW did I not know that BP stood for British Petroleum???  HOW?!  That being said, my last comic on the Louisiana Oil Spill subject was a little bit fail in that I failed to capitalize on an extra joke there.  So this might make up for that?  ^^;

I gotta agree that I wonder how they even got America in that dress in the first place. I can see him going all "HULK SMASH" and busting his way out of that thing.

XDDD omg, he WOULD! I feel like there was coordinated effort involved in that process. England distracts America and Canada and France help slip it on him (because France wants there to be a "bride" seeing as that's more romantic and Canada's just doing it to pull one over on his bro). That would have to be some pretty heavy distraction though. Enough to daze him long enough to get him up to the alter. XD
