FFXIII will be MINE
Holy crap. My friend got the demo that comes with the Advent Children complete set, and I got to play a little of it. REALLY pretty! Sadly, it only took you through one area, but everything I've seen? Is lovely. It's the marriage of Tron and Square. It seriously looked and felt like a Final Fantasy meets Star Wars kind of game.
Also? The beginning of the end of the world. OMG, I LOVE END WORLD KINDS OF THINGS. Apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic things are my favorite things in fiction. A world that I love to visit but don't want to really be apart of. FFX had it, The Stand has it, so many of my favorite books have it (ends of ages, ends of civilizations, all awesome to me), so I am really, REALLY excited to play this game now. AHAHAHAHA.
Yay I have a PS3? Fortuitous, I suppose.
Anyway, at some point I need to get home today, AHAHAHA. I left my power cord at home, and now my baby has about an hour of life left.
And I really wish that I would get an answer to my "is almond marzipan paste the same as almond paste?" question. The person who did respond was kind of. . . . really entirely not helpful and a little rude. "Marzipan historically doesn't use corn syrup." Well, yeah, but I'm not making a historical recipe? And, um, that wasn't the question? ARG, I don't WANT to make freaking almond paste when I shouldn't have to! I have other things to make.
